The facilitator Anke Berning is a coach and strategic sparring partner for experienced professionals in high-pressure roles who feel constrained or dissatisfied in their work lives and overall direction. She helps them make deliberate changes so their work aligns with their values, priorities, and life goals.
Originally from Germany, Anke brings over 30 years of international working and living experience, including time in Japan, Belgium, and the UK. She spent many years in the Swiss financial sector and worked as an intercultural trainer before establishing her own life and business coaching practice. Her work goes beyond quick fixes or short-term performance boosts, focusing instead on helping clients reconnect with their personal foundation—so they can make deliberate choices, lead with impact, and create change that lasts.
Many of her clients are foreign professionals in Switzerland who are considering leaving corporate roles to move into self-employment.
Anke lives and works in Lucerne and coaches online in English and German.
