Her expertise spans multiple industries, including mining, pharma, and retail, with a particularly solid track record in agribusiness developed through her work with major global commodity players.
Recently selected for the inaugural cohort of the IFRS Foundation Regulatory Implementation Advisor Programme, Adriana is a specialist in frameworks including GRI, the ESRS, and the
ISSB. She manages high-impact projects, including Double Materiality assessments, maturity evaluations, and governance roadmap design.
She’s known for her innovative approach and uses AI tools to streamline data analysis, ensure information auditability, and elevate stakeholder engagement.
