Her name, Bahar, means “spring” in Turkish—a symbol of renewal and creativity that has defined her multi-faceted career. With a foundation in Media and Communication Systems from Istanbul Bilgi University, Bahar’s journey began in the fast-paced world of global advertising. As a creative copywriter, she shaped campaigns for iconic brands like Nivea, Fiat, and The Coca-Cola Company.

A year spent in Florence, Italy, ignited her passion for cultural immersion and gastronomy, leading her to Zurich in 2014. Here, she bridged the gap between her advertising roots and corporate strategy, carving out a successful career in B2B content marketing.

However, it was in the kitchen where Bahar found her “love language.” After her pop-up concept, Bal-i Istanbul, became a standout success at the Food Zurich Festival, she launched Bab Events. Today, she balances her expertise in marketing with her talent for gastronomy, offering boutique catering, cooking classes, and curated pop-up experiences that blend tradition with international flair.
