My Red Couch Talk with Ben Heller

Ben Heller

Ben Heller is a talent mobility supply chain leader who builds technology that makes moving better. He fell in love with talent mobility because it attracts kind, globally minded people, and because its 20+ interdependent verticals present HR’s most complex supply chain challenge worldwide. At Accenture, Ben served as Tower Lead for Global Mobility, delivering 60+ projects across 50 clients, including sourcing and strategy for RMCs, immigration, tax, temporary housing, DSP, data, and household goods. Seeing how traditional RFPs were exploited, and audit-heavy moving programs added cost while eroding quality, he became the CEO of PricePoint to modernize move pricing.

There, his team built the market-leading pricing engine and proved that transparent, data-driven pricing improves outcomes for movers, RMCs, and employers alike. After COVID reshaped demand toward lump sum, core-flex, and managed-cap policies, Ben helped lead PricePoint’s 2023 merger with Cend to serve those customers best.  Today, in his role as the Head of Partnerships and Supply Chain, he helps Cend continue to improve customer experiences through digitally connected partnerships.  Beyond work, Ben is a devoted husband and dad, and a fan of community, art, music, BBQ, bass guitar, coaching soccer, RC drift cars, virtual racing, and go-karting with his son, Pip.

The Red Couch Talks

The #redcouchtalks feature thought leaders, global rockstars, expat entrepreneurs, and our clients from Global People Transitions in #globalmobility.

We use my old red couch as a backdrop for a deeper conversation, almost like a coaching session. This couch is the only furniture we‘ve had since I was eight. It’s been around the block and travelled with me from place to place. It’s almost falling apart, but it’s my happy place.

If you want to join me for a Red Couch Talk, please email angela@globalpeopletransitions.com so I can send you further instructions. I look forward to having a more in-depth conversation with you.
