Carolina Gomez Pereira is an executive English mentor specializing in guiding high-performing leaders, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals to thrive in global arenas. With over a decade of international corporate experience—including senior training roles at an American multinational—she has developed a distinctive methodology that combines Cultural Intelligence (CQ) with Corporate English fluency, empowering clients to communicate with authority, clarity, and cultural agility.
Her personal journey began in Uruguay, where she dreamed of mastering English and exploring the world. In 2000, she embarked on a life-changing volunteer mission in the United States, despite not yet speaking the language fluently. Living with three American roommates and navigating work in a new culture was daunting, and at times she questioned whether she was too old or lacked an exceptional talent to learn. Yet those early struggles became the foundation of her passion for helping others overcome barriers to global communication.
Professionally, she advanced from helpdesk to trainer and later senior trainer, leading large-scale international projects. Specialized in global systems, with experience working on international projects across Europe and beyond. Carolina, along with her team, trained more than 15,000 agents during the most considerable onsite support for the Sabre Travel Network conversion, spanning 1,647 team locations, and prepared over 10,500 Flight Centre consultants worldwide to utilize the Sabre Red Platform. These projects took her to Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, enriching both her expertise and cultural adaptability.
Now based in Brazil, she has also taught herself Portuguese, gaining more profound sensitivity to cultural nuances. She understands how rhythm, pauses, and intonation shape client perception—insights she integrates into her mentoring of executives across more than seven countries.
Her mission is simple: to help professionals communicate with confidence, presence, and authority—opening doors to opportunities worldwide.
