Dewi Hapsari Leitner is a dynamic business developer and digital media marketer based in Switzerland. She brings extensive experience across marketing, sales, and customer service, consistently driving customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets in diverse industries, including retail, aviation, e-commerce, insurance, marine transportation, and IT services.

Currently, Dewi works at GMZ (Migros Group) in Zurich, where she has played a key role in increasing customer loyalty and optimising retail operations. She also serves as the Head of Representative Office (Freelance) for ESMEA Switzerland, leading Swiss operations to represent European SMEs in market expansion, grant acquisition, and business development within natural foods and sustainability-focused sectors. In this role, she develops strategic business plans for commercial partners entering the Swiss and EU markets, coordinates cross-cultural stakeholder engagement, and analyses market data and funding opportunities to build effective growth strategies for member organisations.

Her previous roles include managing social media campaigns, developing marketing strategies, and leading client acquisition initiatives for companies like Royal Falcon Fleet AB and Cityzenith. Dewi has contributed to high-impact projects, such as the relaunch of a website for Manchester United Football Club, which significantly improved user satisfaction globally.

She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Salford, UK, and has just completed pursuing further management studies at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. Dewi is a Certified Marketing Specialist and holds additional certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads. Fluent in Indonesian, English, and vocational German, she is an active volunteer, supporting environmental and special needs causes, and has entrepreneurial experience as a business owner and co-founder in the wellness sector.
