His expertise spans process optimization, leadership support, and change management, grounded in a deep understanding of how technology and people intersect in a fast-evolving business world. Holding both a Master of Law and Bachelor of Law from the University of Lucerne and a Digital Transformation Certificate from MIT, Jens brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to leading transformation initiatives that truly impact how organizations adapt and grow.

Beyond his professional role, Jens is passionate about human dignity and empathy in every stage of life. During his studies, he worked in an elderly home — an experience that continues to shape his values today. He supports Familientrauerbegleitung, an NGO providing compassionate support for families in grief, believing that care, connection, and humanity should guide both life and leadership.
