My Red Couch Talk with Josefine Luthardt

Josefine Luthardt

Josefine Luthardt is a Trainer and Talent Developer from Germany. She believes that learning has the power to transform people … and therefore organizations. Her academic career began with a Bachelor´s in Social Work, followed by Master’s studies in “competences & abilities,” with research on constructs such as “intelligence” and psychometric diagnostics. Her true professional passion? Working in Learning & Development.
Her goal is to create scalable learning landscapes that enable purpose-driven, collaborative learning experiences within intercultural teams. For the last two years, she´d been living & working on board a cruise ship, training and accompanying the international crew at all levels of the hierarchy and from over 60 Nationalities. Her journey spans more than 1,000 hours of training delivered to over 3,500 participants.
She also successfully established and scaled a new L&D department at her previous organization, served as a team manager, and delivered 1:1 business coaching. Those experiences taught her as much about human connection as they did about innovative learning methodology and intercultural collaboration.

The Red Couch Talks

The #redcouchtalks feature thought leaders, global rockstars, expat entrepreneurs, and our clients from Global People Transitions in #globalmobility. We use a red couch as a backdrop for a deeper conversation, almost like a coaching session. It’s the only furniture we‘ve had since I was eight. It’s been around the block and travelled with me from place to place. It’s almost falling apart, but it’s my happy place to chill. If you want to join Angie Weinberger on a Red Couch Talk, please email angela@globalpeopletransitions.com or share your email ID so I can send you further instructions. I look forward to having a more in-depth conversation with you.
