Lichee Lee is a Global SHRM Master Instructor, SHRM Lead Mentor, and a senior practitioner of flipped learning, with over 20 years of HR experience across China and global markets. He has worked with leading organizations such as Flex, Huawei, and Philips, bringing deep expertise as both an HR Business Partner and HR Director.
Grounded in the SHRM competency framework, he developed the Global HR Competency Rocket Model and the Global Empowerment Whale Model, integrating case-based learning, Situational Judgment Tests (SJT), and AI-driven learning design. He has authored over 1,000 professional articles totaling more than 5 million words, published the book SHRM Competency Playbook (Chinese), and is currently working on two books focusing on expatriate management and global HR management.
He is committed to helping Chinese enterprises go global, not only by building HR capability, but by enabling leaders to better understand themselves and lead with greater insight and humanity.
