Shivangi Walke is a leadership coach, author, and speaker passionate about helping women reclaim their voice, visibility, and power. Originally from India and now based in Switzerland, she is the founder of Thrive with Mentoring, one of Switzerland’s top women-to-women mentoring organizations, and the creator of WanderWomen, a global platform that supports high-skilled immigrant women in thriving through reinvention.

Shivangi has coached and trained leaders in over 40 countries, partnering with organizations such as Google, Roche, Airbus, and Johnson & Johnson. Known for her ability to cut through the noise and offer deep, actionable insight, she has inspired thousands through her keynotes—including TEDx Basel—and through her writing and programs.

In 2025, she released her debut book WanderWomen: How High-Skilled Immigrant Women Thrive, which combines personal memoir with research and powerful stories from across the globe. Shivangi is regularly featured in the media for her work on leadership, reinvention, and the immigrant woman’s experience.

With a blend of strategic clarity and heart-led storytelling, Shivangi’s mission is to help purpose-driven women lead visibly and unapologetically—on stage, at work, and in life.
