In this highly interactive program, you’ll strengthen core coaching and intercultural facilitation skills while gaining a ready-to-use toolkit of exercises, debrief questions, and session-ready prompts.

Plus, gain an assessment (ICBI™) you can incorporate into your work to accelerate insight, clarity, and action. Participants receive a detailed digital manual and, upon certification, ICF CCE credits along with a Cultural EQ logo to support professional marketing and credentialing.

The training is available virtually or in person at our annual retreat in Laguna Beach, California. Individual certification is also available; however, group participation is strongly recommended to maximize practice, peer feedback, and real-time application in a hands-on learning environment.

Valerie Bath began her intercultural training and coaching role after a career at one of the world’s foremost management consulting firms, Accenture. Her Accenture clients were leading global corporations. She also worked directly for Texas Instruments, a semiconductor company.

In both organizations, Valerie designed and implemented enterprise-wide multi-continent systems solutions. Living abroad and working with highly talented professionals from literally all corners of the globe enabled her to identify cultural understanding as one of the most vital competencies for any corporation or organization with a global workforce.

Today, Valerie works side by side with her global team of cultural competency experts, trainers, and program directors, and she is a sought-after speaker on the international corporate conference, university, and professional organizations circuits. She frequently speaks about the importance of inclusion and cultural perspectives in corporate innovation, productivity, and profitability.
