Janice Mueller is a global growth and transformation leader with more than twenty years of experience helping organizations turn strategy into action. She’s led multimillion-dollar portfolios, guided complex global integrations, and worked alongside C-suite executives to deliver measurable business impact.
Janice began her career as a commercial attorney in South Africa before earning her MBA and transitioning into the technology sector in the late 1990s. Since then, she has held roles spanning market research, e-commerce development, marketing leadership, and global strategic transformation in both global technology Managed Services companies, such as NTT, and a content and technology provider, Thomson Reuters.
Known for her practical and people-centered approach, Janice is passionate about making strategy tangible and aligning it with real business outcomes. She brings energy, clarity, and insight to every challenge, helping teams engage, collaborate, and innovate with purpose.
A lifelong learner, Janice’s most recent certifications include Applied Generative AI and Leadership for the AI age as part of MIT’s Professional Certificate for Digital Transformation in the AI age. Janice believes that in an AI-driven world, the most effective leadership remains lateral, powered by human connection, influence, and shared purpose.
Having lived and worked in South Africa, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland in global roles engaged across the Americas, India, Asia, Africa, and Australia, Janice has a deep appreciation for the challenges of building professional and personal connections when relocating. In Switzerland, this led her to become a member and, for a few years, take on a leadership role at the Professional Women’s Network of Zug & Zurich, as well as to join local sports clubs, such as Zug Zurich Peloton. An avid outdoors enthusiast, she loves adventure travel and being in the mountains with family and friends—hiking, skiing, or cycling —and is now at home in Switzerland, where she is a dual national, South African by birth and Swiss by choice.
