My Red Couch Talk with Radmilla Del Pozzo

Radmilla Del Pozzo was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and had the privilege of travelling and living in several countries before completing her schooling. Her family eventually settled in Switzerland, where she began her studies at the University of Geneva.

She pursued a degree in Law at the University of Geneva, earning both a Baccalaureate and a Master’s in Business Law. She then decided to further her education by enrolling in an LL.M in Business Law, which required an internship in its second year. This marked the beginning of her career at EY in the Mobility sector, where what started as a one-year contract evolved into an almost 15-year tenure with the firm.

When asked why she remained at EY for so long, she attributes it to two key factors: the continuous challenges that kept her engaged and her love for working with people—both clients and team members. These elements fueled her professional growth, allowing her to progress through multiple promotions, from intern to partner.

Currently, she holds internal positions within the tax service line and an external role as a PAS (People Advisory Services) partner.
