Our Approach and Academic Collaborations

Our Approach and Academic Collaborations

All our programs are backed up by a solid academic foundation and rigor, to which I add all my valuable on-the-field professional expertise. Working with people from all over the globe and being in a bi-cultural partnership, I understand the daily challenges of our global life. We collaborate with academic institutions and regularly offer our expertise as guest lecturers. You will find that our philosophy toward coaching and training has five core pillars:

Our coaching and training philosophy is built on five foundational pillars:

  • Agile: We equip ourselves with a diverse toolbox of methodologies and techniques, allowing us to challenge participants dynamically. Our agility enables us to swiftly adapt, transitioning between approaches based on continuous participant feedback.
  • Effective: Recognizing the individuality of each participant is integral to our coaching and training programs. We invest considerable effort in gathering participant feedback, and measuring the distinct impact of exercises. Operating within a global competency model, we regularly review and refine our approach based on real-world experiences.
  • Interactive: We actively engage participants, fostering an environment where learning is participatory and dynamic. By applying knowledge through problem-solving, practical exercises, and peer training, we enhance retention rates compared to traditional presentation methods.
  • Holistic: Grounded in the Vermeulen coaching methodology, our approach is mindful and holistic. We design programs that elevate participants’ self-awareness, encompassing a comprehensive view of their personal and professional development.
  • Systemic: Our methodology is designed to unearth, share, and respect the diverse perspectives and stories within the group. We work collaboratively to construct a constructive path forward, valuing the collective journey of all participants in our group training sessions.
