🌟 The Global Mobility Career Orientation
Over the past 15 years, we have provided comprehensive support through our coaching and training programs and our unique approach to assisting expat spouses entering the Swiss job market. We utilize training and coaching to support our clients for an entire year during the transition period.
- We utilise our extensive network to help clients connect with hiring managers at their Top 20 target companies.
- We teach networking for nerds using a systematic approach that everyone can quickly understand and implement immediately. We implemented AI-supported tools to help our clients be even more effective.
- We work with senior clients (GenX) who require additional opportunities in the Swiss job market to secure a role or explore alternative consulting models to generate pre-retirement income.

Global Rockstars Goal Setting Session
One goal-setting session and tracking of career goals. We will, with our client, define the three main career goals at the beginning of the program during the 90-minute Global Rockstars session. These goals provide ideas for typical topics that may arise during international assignments, international project work, or when leading global virtual teams.

Hire Assessment for Expat Spouses and Partners (Switzerland)
You can request a “Hire Assessment” for your Expat Spouses. In a 90-minute online consultation, we typically discuss the Swiss job market, analyze their resumes, and recommend an action plan based on their profiles. Depending on whether the profession is regulated, Eve Duvoy will also assess the need for recognition of their university degrees and credentials. Any specific immigration requirements can be analyzed and recommended. The Hire Assessment can be completed before arrival in Switzerland or any other host country. A report will be issued and shared with you if required.
BrandEssence Package
With “BrandEssence”, we provide a first-aid kit to help clients prepare for finding paid work as a lifestyle expat, rainbow talent, or expat spouse in Switzerland. This special package includes the BrandEssence consultation to determine their three professional labels; 2 x 45-minute online sessions with Diana Kuebler; a review of their current resume with suggestions tailored to the Swiss job market; and a comprehensive assessment and analysis of their LinkedIn profile, with recommendations for improvement.
Global Mobility Career Orientation for Expats with the Solo Artist Licence
Through weekly customized executive coaching sessions, we support clients in becoming more productive in their roles and navigating career transitions with ease. By bridging the gap between Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Talent Development, we empower individuals to take greater responsibility for their careers. We help with hands-on content, building an online voice, and networking skills, as well as common leadership skills such as strategic thinking, prioritization, productivity, resilience, communication, presentation, storytelling, listening, and empathy.

🌟 Our Expat Helpline
Expats and Expat Spouses have all sorts of life and other challenges. Often, you will not know who to talk to. We offer a helpline where they can address all questions, and a research team in the background to provide qualified responses. Responses that will not require them to search through fake news and poorly researched content on the Internet. We also have great resources on our blog and additional handouts to send to your Expats and their Spouses.
🌟 The RockMeRetreat by Angela Weinberger
The RockMeRetreat by Angie Weinberger is an intensive seven-day leadership retreat for Expats and Expat Spouses. The participants will work in small groups of eight, focusing on their challenges to improve their inclusive leadership, productivity, and overall well-being at work. The guidance comes from Weinberger’s recent book, “The Global Rockstar Album – 21 Verses to Find Your Tact as an Inclusive Leader”.
🌟 Global Competency Assessments via ICBI® or IDI®
We use the Individual Cultural Blueprint Indicator (ICBI) tool to learn more about your cultural identity and preferences. The ICBI is an online assessment of behavior, habits, and beliefs that empowers you to understand your artistic preferences and compare them with those of another country. A debriefing session with Angie Weinberger accompanies this tool to develop self-awareness. IDI – Intercultural Development Inventory® with an Intercultural Development Plan allows you to gain insights concerning intercultural challenges you are facing and identify intercultural competence development goals that are important for you.
